Located in the bucolic environs of Boylston, Massachusetts, minutes from Worcester and Route 495, rentals of the facilities at Tower Hill Botanic Garden are offered for business meetings, off-site business "retreats" , corporate functions and private events. Meeting Room Rentals (available 9a.m. to 5p.m.) Our rates are competitive and we offer a wide range of accommodations for groups of various sizes. The standard schedule for rental of meeting space is between the hours of 9am-5pm. Special arrangements can be made for rentals after regular hours of operation. Rentals include the set-up of tables, chairs, lectern, screens and easels. Tower Hill is now WIFI internet connected to facilitate business communications. Tower Hill maintains a distinguished list of local caterers to meet any food and/or beverage menu requirements you may have. Examples of the spaces available for meeting room rentals are: |

 The Farmhouse Parlors Charming, fully-appointed, multi-purpose spaces. You may rent up-to three rooms for a private dinner party. The Farmhouse Parlor, complete with an antique 19th century fireplace, is available days for business meetings or after-hour evenings, for private social functions. |
 Farmhouse Conference Room Perfect for small business meetings, this newly renovated (2006) space accommodates groups of up to 16. There are French doors overlooking the quaint Cottage Garden, with conveniently located small kitchen and two bathroom facilities. |
 Rooms A or B Bright open spaces, located in the Stoddard Education and Visitors Center overlooking Mount Wachusett and the Wachusett Reservoir to the west. Each services up to 48 people at tables, or 75 lecture style. Rooms A and B can be used together to accommodate up to 100 people. Kitchen facilities are adjacent to this space for a caterer. |
 The Theatre Contemporary carpeted meeting room with 88 fixed seats designed for presentations and lectures. Equipped with a large retractable viewing screen for slide and/or overhead projections. It is acoustically wired to accommodate the special needs of the hearing impaired and is accessible to the physically challenged. |
 The Great Hall A spacious room with huge stone fireplace for after-hour social gatherings or after-meeting receptions. Glass doors lead to a terrace with sweeping views of Wachusett Mountain and Wachusett Reservoir. |
The beautiful Gardens and facilities of Tower Hill Botanic Garden offer a picturesque venue for weddings and private social functions. Because of the unique details involved with rentals, we suggest you make arrangements with Facilities Coordinator, Judy Coughlin to take a tour of Tower Hill, discuss guidelines of rentals, fees and dates of availability.
